Q: What payments do you accept?

A: We accept paypal, you don't have to be a member to use the service and can pay normally using your credit or debit card.

Q: Do you take payment over the phone?

A: Of course, if you are unhappy paying online, give us a call and we'll manually put your transaction through the shops card machine.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: All P+P for UK customers is included in the price. International customers please contact me for a shipping quote.

Q: What postal service do you use?

We use a mixture of Royal Mail First and Second Class Recorded delivery. Your parcel will have to be signed for but this ensures peace of mind for you and us!

Q: How long will it take to receive my item?

A: We post nearly every working day so we aim to have your item with you within the week, though it is usually quicker. If you are buying something for and need it for a specific day please do send us an email so I can make sure it gets to you.

Q: Is all your stock on the website?

A: Due to the large volumes of stock at The Vintage Venue, we often have many items waiting to be listed on the website. If you can't see what you want, drop us a line - we may well have something in stock that fits the bill...
